David Gosine, R.Ac, is a licensed acupuncturist and one of the only practitioners east of Laval trained in Stecco® Fascial Manipulation. With advanced training in internal medicine and a deep understanding of the body’s fascial system, David offers precise, hands-on treatments that address the root causes of pain and dysfunction — not just the symptoms.
David specializes in complex and chronic conditions, including long COVID, fibromyalgia, migraines, PTSD, and pelvic pain. His approach integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine with contemporary pain science, making space for both ancient wisdom and modern evidence. All treatments are trauma-informed, neuro-aware, and inclusive of diverse bodies, genders, and lived experiences.
Before founding The Reset Clinic, David worked in interdisciplinary health settings and is known for his collaborative approach with primary care providers and allied health professionals. As a long-time advocate for health equity, he brings a strong commitment to accessible, affirming care for 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, newcomers, and women from marginalized faith and cultural backgrounds.
At the heart of David’s practice is the belief that healing begins with being seen, heard, and understood.
Andy graduated from ICT Northumberland College’s class of 2023, since dedicating himself to continuing education in Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Suikodo.
Andy’s interest in massage originates from injuries sustained while training in Olympic weightlifting. While he is trained in sports massage and takes time to investigate clients’ musculoskeletal conditions, he also integrates holistic perspectives: as an expression of our relationship with our bodies, Andy views massage as an extension of meditation practice, which he teaches in-person and online. Previously working as an editor and publisher, he loves exploring how narrative and self-authorship can impact on health and well-being.
Looking at stress in these ways has helped Andy to support those with chronic pain who seek a finely-tuned approach to working through all the curious ways the body expresses itself. In particular, Andy works with a number of clients who deal with TMJD, Whiplash, Low Back/Hip Pain, and related conditions.
